What Does This Blood Report For HIV Indicate?

My daughter just receive blood results and it reads HIV 10/2 abs qual repeatedly reactive & HIV 1/0/2 abs index value. 24.75 Index value: specimen reactivity relative to the negative cutoff We are trying to figure out what exactly does this mean..please help

This is a somewhat weird way to describe the result by the lab, and to be honest it even puzzles me despite having been a doctor for 25 years now. Share the lab results with your doctor, they will understand it when they see the entire original lab sheet.
