What Does This Blood Test Results Indicate?

A Male pateint, age 35 years was admitted in a hospital with a history of fever since 1 day, Hb was 10.7, TC 4400 , Platelets was 32,000 , Malaria was absent, Dengue and lepto test was negative. S.Bilirubin Total was 5.29, Direct 2.35 , Indirect was 2.94, His SGOT and SGPT was normal , can u please comment on this ?

this patient is probably having some viral infection that is affecting the liver. thats why low platelets and raise s.bilirubin. you should think of admission to hospital because platelets are much lower. this much low platelets has bleeding tendency. if not taken seriously may lead to hemorrhagic conditions.
