What Does This Brain MRI Scan Report Indicate?

My Dads MRI report says: Ischaemic foci in bifrontal deep medullary white matter. Hyperintense foci are seen on T2W and FLAIR in bifrontal deep medullary white matter suggestive of ischaemic foci. What does the above mean. MRI was done as he complains of giddiness very often...

Your father mri report says there is reduced blood flow of arteries which supply to brain (frontal is a part of brain lies inside the skull).
And it is clearly specifing in which part of brain there is low blood flow.thats the reason your father is expressing the symptoms of giddiness, due to narrow of a part of blood vessel( ischemic blood vessel/ischemic foci )

Why is occuring how is it occuring i may try to find out the causes like
1.age related
2.migrane a type of headache.
3.high blood pressure
4.high cholesterol.. still there could be many reasons... we should reule out patiently and immediately and treat him
