What Does This Brain MRI Test Result For Recurrent Headaches And Memory Loss Indicate?

I am a 63 year old female. I have some memory issues with names of people and sometimes objects. My mother is 88 and has advanced Alzheimer s. I have daily headaches and also fell against my forehead. I had headaches before I fell, but they seem to have gotten worse since. To rule out...I had a head ct. I understand the results are ok in regards to the trauma but what about dementia? Results:There is no acute intracranial bleed, midline shift or mass effect. Ventricles and basilar cisterns are patent. Gray-white matter differentiation is preserved. Minimal age-related involutional changes suggested. There is no significant white matter change discretely identified.

The MRI does not show anything in particular.

It does not show any atrophy (brain shrinkage) that would be seen in advanced cases of dementia.
