What Does This Gram Stain And Culture Report Indicate?

Hi I did a gram stain and the result was as follow: CLUE: few WBC: moderate YEAST: moderate with buds and hyphae Gram Stain: moderate gram positive bacilli, gram positive cocci and few gram negative bacilli. No GC. can you please explain what this means

The gram stain shows presence of bacteria in the sample. Various types of bacteria - bacilli and cocci are present in the sample. Kindly, mention the site of sample so know whether the presence of these bacteria is significant or not.
