What Does This Lab Report Of Uterus Indicate?

Hi Doctor. I want to know if i have a subserous, intramural or submucous fibroids, and they are pedunculated. Report only shows 8 lesions, largest anterior myoumetrium and 2nd largest posterior myometrium. How can I know their locations within the urterus? I have the MRI CD, but won t open showing any pictures on my computer
