What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hi dok The result of my pelvic ultra sounds says that shows regular cardiac pulsation of 150bpm and good somatic movements .amniotic fluid is adequate.placenta is in the posterior and high lying portion with grade 0maturity.there is cystic structure in the right measuring 4.74x4.28cm. Impression:Single Live,IntrauterinePregnancy,variable presentation compatible to 14weeks and 6 days of gestation by fetal biometry, placenta as describe above,corpus luteum,right,normohydramnios. Dok what it means?it is OK?

Hi there,
After going through your query, I am of the opinion that:
1) You have a normal pregnancy of 14 weeks 6 days.
2) Baby is healthy with good heart beats.
3) Water around baby is adequate.
4) Placenta is normal.
5) Corpus luteum is a structure in ovary which supports the growing fetus which is normal.

So, in short, everything is fine. Do not worry.
