Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

The pelvic ultrasound shows multiple fibroids in various areas of the uterus. Left ovary is within normal limits. Right ovary shows cystic structure which may be a cyst. The endometrium is thickened and biosy needs to be done to know the structure of stroma and glands in endometrium to look for hyperplasia or atypia in glands.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
