What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Report Mean?

The ultrasound report says: The uterus is anteverted normal size (76x37 mm)shape and echopattern. Endometrial thickness 10 mmright ovary normal in size and left ovary shows follicle 23mm Impression 1. dominant follicle left ovary COULD U PLEASE ADVICE WHAT IT MEANS AND DOES THIS REQUIRES TREATMENT.

This is a normal result for a woman who still gets her periods.
No treatment is required as a dominant follicle is a normal part of your cycle.
