What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Test Result During Pregnancy Indicate?
I am Sadia & i am pregnant of 7Weeks. My $D Pelvic Ultrasound Report is : Uterus is bulkier in size and is midline; a single Chorionic sac is identified with decidual reaction having a single embryo with a CRL (Crown Rump length) of 10.7mm consistent with 7 Weeks of menstrual age. kindly what it mean Fetal cardiac pulsation is appreciated FHR is 158 beats/min on M and Doppler mode.. No free fluid is seen in the cul de sac A luteal syst measuring 25mm in diameter is seen in the left Ovary .
It is natural for young to-be mothers to worry about their child. I assure you that the ultrasound report that you have given above is completely normal and there is nothing to worry about.
There are a few things that are important at this stage. You need to schedule regular appointments with your gynecologist. I would also recommend to start using folic acid supplements and avoid using any unnecessary drugs without the prescription as it could harm the baby.
I hope this answers your question. Thank you for giving us the opportunity for helping you. Please feel free to ask if you have any other questions.
Sincerely, Dr. Waqas Hayat
