General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your USG report is indicative of endometrial hyperplasia since the normally accepted thickness of endometrium is 8 -11mm. You need to get treated for the cysts. Neglect will result in lower abdominal pain, painful intercourse, delayed or bleeding in between periods.

Get connected with a Gynecologist, get physically examined. You need medications & surgery if medication do not work well. Your treatment will depend upon your body response to the medications taken. Stay away from stress & addictions. Take adequate sleep. Do regular exercises.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
