What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Test Result Indicate?

Hi, I am priyanka. today i go for an ultrasound my ultrasound report is like this utreus shown a single intrauterine gestational sac, small fetal pole seen. cardiac activity not seen, no perisac bleed seen, internal os is closed, cervix lenght is normal. impression: single intrauterine gestation of age 6 weeks, small fetal pole is seen. cardiac activity is not seen. next week cardiac activity will seen or not? what i will do for this problem. Please help me

Fetal cardiac activity can't be commented upon so early. Please don't worry and get another ultrasound done at the end of the next week. You may show the report to an obstetrician then. This is something which is encountered commonly. Please do take a specialist's advice in any case.
