What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Test Result Indicate?

multiseptated cystic lesion versus a cluster of cystic lesion is seen, measuring 5.9 x 2.7 x 1.6 cm CC by AP by transverse. A complex cystic lesion is seen within, measuring 2 x 1.7 cm. The cystic lesion was seen in prior, however, is has changed in the morphology. No free fluid is seen in the pelvis. What does this mean?

Hi.. Have you taken any fertility treatment in past?
If not a complex cyst with multiple septae is of concern.
You should consult your doctor and if the cyst persists after repeated scans then better to intervene.
No free fluid in fact is a good sign because free fluid is seen mainly in malignant conditions.
