General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

There can be possibility of delayed growth of fetus or other developmental anomaly issue. One should wait for further period of 2 weeks at least to see the development before deciding ahead of termination or continuation of pregnancy. Still the treating OBGYN is best judge in this case, this is just an opinion based on limited information.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
