What Does This Report For Urine Analysis Indicate?

Hi, I am 32 yrs old lady, during the urinate I feel pain and since two days I feel fever, my urinal examination report is : Transparency: slightly Turbid, Colour Pale yellow, Reactin Acidic, Specific Gravity Qty Less, Sediments present, Albumin Traces; Sugar Nil, Pus Cells innumareble, RBC, Casts, Crystals Absent ; Epithelial Cells 4-6 hpf/

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per report you are having acute severe urinary tract infection. Urethritis, cystitis, pyelonephritis, etc. can be possibility. You should investigate with urine culture to choose antibiotic. According to culture report antibiotic given for 7 days. Drink lots of water, fruit juices, cranberry juice extract tablet should be taken 2 times a day for 5 days. Avoid excess spicy foods. if needed USG abdomen scan should be done. Consult urologist if needed.
