What Does This Report Mean?

Hi,i am 27yr old unmarried,i have got cystic lesion measures appx 6.9 x 6.6 cm in the axial plane and appx 6.1cm in craniocaudal extent.It abuts the posterosuperior aspect of the uterus and also abuts the sigmoid colon as well as the left ovary.Right ovary is not separately seen from the lesion,Right uretor abuts the cystic lesion.can u pls explain what exactly this means and critical is this for me?and what will be solution.i am having major pain right side also+pain in periods+vomitting and loosemotion.i have done my gall bladder surgery in 2007.
