Pulse: 92 B.P. 110/60 mmofng Pallor-Nil Oedama: Nil Wt: 66 kg Hbs AG: NR VDRL:NR real time USG pregnant Uterus: Gravid uterus shows a single live fetus with cephalic presentation foetal measurement: BPD-70 mm AC 220 mm FL: 52 mm fetal heart rate: 150 bpm placenta is anterior grade I Limb movement ++ lilquor is adequate in volume cervical lenght 3.5 cms fetal wt-1kg her blood pathology says calcium 7.8mg/dl sodium 129 m mol potassium 3.5 m mol chloride 85 m mol Hb% 10.8 gm% her urine test says physical: qty:20ml, colour-yellow, consistency-clear, sediment-few, sp gravity 1010, reaction/pH: 7 chemical glucose:nil, protein ++, phosphate Nil, Acetone Bodies: Found microscopic: Leucocytes 1-2/hpf, Erythrocytes: Nil, Epi Cells: ++, casts & Crystals: Nil the doctor advised her with following medicines 1. R.B.Tone forte: 1 capsule daily for one month 2. shelCal CT 1x2 for a month 2. Megamore (difficult to read the exact spelling): with a cup of milk daily for a month yesterday she had fish in the noon and by evening she started vomiting black substance. I am very worried. Please suggest what to do and what kind of risk is involved
