What Does This Scan Report During Pregnancy Indicate?

I am 34 weeks Pregnant and my Scans have shown that my Baby is Transverse and My Placental site is ; Posterior in the body of the uterus, I understand how my baby is Presenting but I have no idea where abouts my Placenta is, if it is Normal & if it has anything to do with the way my Baby is laying,Would you be able to shine some light on the Situation for me, Thanks in Advance, Kate

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Placenta is located on the posterior wall of the uterus, and it has no role in the transverse lie of the baby.
If the transverse lie persists till 37 weeks of pregnancy, then you will be needing caesarean section for delivery.
