What Does This Scan Reports Suggest?

Hi, I am foram. I am 23 years old, height :5.5, weight :72kg. My reports are as follows:
Esophagus: oGJ at 38cms. Grll inflamation seen over distal 5cms
Stomach: Antrum moderately inflamed
Duodenum: superficial ulcers een over posterior wall of bulb & D2 appear normal

In your report you are having acute gastroenteritis with gastric and duodenal ulcers. It is mainly due to hyperacidity. In my opinion you should under go H.pylori testing and start medicines.
