What Does This Test Result Of Uterus Indicate?

It is possible that i am pregnant or become pregnant in a week? I. Uters 4.67x4.01x3.73 Retroverted II. Endometrium 1.4cm Thick Hyperechoic Compatible with: Secretory Phase Abnormalities noted : none III. Adnexae: Right Ovary: 2.74x1.27x1.24cm (vol. 2.11ml) Posterolateral to the uterus, with several follicles the largest measuring 0.33cm Left Ovary: 4.06x2.05x2.06cm (vol. 8.97 ml) Lateral to the uterus Within the left ovary are 2 cystic structures that measure 2.41x2.06x1.86cm (vol 4.83ml) and 2.21x2.11x1.53 cm (vol.3.73ml) both unilocular, thick-walled, crenulated internal border with ring of color in color flow mapping, suggestive of corpora lutea. IV.Cervix: 3.88x2.58x2.34cm Nabotian cyst: none Minimal free anechoic fluid in the cul de sac DIAGNOSIS: Fulliculogram on day 19 of cycle showed: Normal sized retroverted uterus with thick and intact Secretory Endometrium Cystic structures, left ovary as described, suggestive of corpora lutea Normal sized Right ovary

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

this result shows that

1) your uterus is of normal size range.

2) Your endomterium is of normal thickness for secretory phase ( second phase of menses after ovulation)

3) Your ovaries are normal size and you have ovulated already ( that is why the corpora lutea.)

4)Your cervix is normal


5) Minimal free fluid confirms that you have ovulated.

In summary , everything is normal and you have ovulated.


if you keep regular intercourse now you will get pregnant.
