General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi and welcome.
It means that there are stones in your gallbladder along with polyps and since you have symptoms, then the surgery is definitely recommended and it can be done kaparoscopically in most hospitals so this is something that should be dobe sooner or later since symptoms will not improve considering the number and size of stones.
Wish you good health. Regards
