What Does This Ultrasound Test Result For Delay In Periods Indicate?

I am 44, have a copper IUD and I am 12 days late. I have always been regular. I have had 3 ultrasound scans which show my endometrium lining 13mm thick. No sign of a sac but having pregnancy symptoms. Could it be too early to detect pregnancy? Or could this be pre menopausal symptoms?

do upt..if negative..its nt pregnancy...signs of premenstural symptoms r possible...delay in periods can b due to stress,pcod,hormonal imbalance,overweight...
