What Does This Urine Analysis Report Indicate?

hi doc, i am 41 yrs old,5'5" ht,138 lbs and no med history. i got the result of my urinalysis test:color- yellow,transparecy- clear,blood- moderate,leukocytes- large,RBC-4,WBC-46,Epithelial cell-10,bacteria- 375.and SGPT-28. what does these mean? do i need some medications?please help,is this alarming? thanks doc and God bless
