What Does This Urine Analysis Report Indicate?

Hi there, im an 18 yr old male my urinalysis result is COLOR: yellow, transparency: turbid, specific gravity is 1.015, Albumin: trace, in the microscopic exam, my pus cell has a result of : TNTC (too many to count), RBC: 0-2/HPF, mucous threads: few bacteria: i was given my doctor a antibiotic named doxicyline or doxine and he told me to take it for 10days i had also a lump on the left of my testes.few what is the meaning of this?.pls.

* This indicates heavy Urinary infection with Orchitis ( inflammation of the
left testis ) .
* Keep on drinking plenty of liquids & continue medications as per your
doctor`s advise with regular follow up & evaluation for the progress .
