What Does This Urine Analysis Report Indicate?

hi i am female, 30 and i have urine test result, color, pale straw, transparency, slightly hazy, reaction 6, specific gravity 1.005.. albumin negative, sugar negative, wbc 0-2/hpf, rbc 0-1/hpf, squamous cells occasional, amorphous urates few, mucus threads occasional, bacteria occasional. I usually have slight pain in my right lower abdomen.. May I know how do you interpret this?

For your pain, better to get an Ultrasound Abdomen and Pelvis.
