What Does This Urine Analysis Report Of 5 Month Baby Indicate?

My child who is 5 month old (boy) have a urine routine examination on 21.06.2014 and it shows PUS Cells 3-5/HPF And RBC 1-2/HPF and today we have made the same examination and the result is PUS cells 20-25/HPF and RBC 3-5/HPF. What is this results means and Remeady?

Pus cells in urine indicates he is having few organisms in his urine.
Rbcs in urine is seen in children with glomerulo nephritis, which is a renal disorder caused in a post infectious state.
