General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the trace albumin and 5-6 epithelial cells per hpf indicate minor urinary tract infection underlying most likely.

In the majority of the instance, plenty of liquids and supportive therapy clears up the issue within a few days, some cases do require antibiotic assistance if there is associated pelvic inflammatory condition or else.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
