What Does This Urine Test Reports Indicate?

Hi,
I had urine infection 3 weeks back with pus cells 10-15, epithelial cells 8-10 after 3 weeks of medication of antibiotic from doc my fever still persists with body ace n fatigue.I m 27 female & unmarried.got urine test done today n reports is pus cells 5-7,epithelial cells in large number.urine culture came normal as i was on antibiotic meds.
Plz help me as its almost 1 month with fever n doc doing all tests from ultrasound to Ct scan

* This is resolving urinary tract infection as no.of pus cells has came to 5-7
from 10-15 .

* Do not panic , continue medication along with plenty of liquids ,
cranberry sachet once daily in a glass of drinking water , organic citrus
fruits , vitamin c supplements help to aid recovery faster .
