I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have almost normal urine examination or mild urinary tract infection. You don't have pus cells or RBCs in urine. You have only trace of bacteria. SO if you don't have any symptoms of fever and burning sensation in urine then no any treatment is required. If you have symptoms then antibiotics like levofloxacin or ciprofloxacin can be helpful. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
