My husband had a urine test and the diagnosis are as follows: Urine for cytology: -Atypical papillary groups and single cells present, cannot exclude dysplasia/neoplasia. -Microphematuria. -Mild acute inflammation. Comment: The findings are suspicious for dysplasia or neoplasia. Additional studies are recommended such as repeat urine cytologies, urine for FISH study such as UroVysion, or is there is clinical suspicion for neoplasis, cystoscopy with biopsy.
