What Does Tingling Sensation In The Feet Along With Vision Loss Indicate?

I have to do an assignment for class and my group is having trouble coming up with a diagnosis for a patient who is having pins and needles sensation in her feet, vision loss, unsteadiness, feeling of weakness, fatigue and balance problems and also recently was experiencing depression. She states her symptoms come and go.

The symptoms you say would be explained by a lot of medical problems. However, the only thing you can bet on will be Multiple sclerosis especially the symptoms were coming on and off is a classical presentation of Multiple sclerosis.
