What Does Tingling Sensation In The Right Arm Indicate?

i am a male, age 64, on blood pressure medicine amlodipine besylate 5 mg, my normal bp is 117/65.. this evening it is 178/73. During the day i've had 8 ibprophen,(4 at 6am and 4 at noon) 4 caffeinated drinks and about 10 beers, throughout the day,, i ate a good supper about 5pm symptoms started about7pm. i have no other symptoms besides feeling jittery and right arm feels tingly or tight with pressure. would you advise a trip to the hospital?

Hello,
yes, I would advise a trip to the hospital. I would also advise you that taking ibuprofen, drinking caffeine and alcohol all increase your blood pressure. Increased blood pressure can lead to stroke. Try to limit those substances to improve your health.
