What Does Traces Of Brownish Pink Discharge With Abdominal Pain Suggest?

Hi, Yesterday, I noticed my discharge a little tint of brownish/pink. Today it was brown, so I used the 1-day Monistat. I am currently experiencing lower abdominal pain, some burning, and when I urinated, a solid blob of white discharge came out. What could be wrong with me? I use Mirena IUD and usually have irregular, light periods, though I should be close to my menstrual period.
