General Surgeon 's  Response
hi.

it is best if you consult with a doctor with urgency, preferably a general or an ENT surgeon, for clinical evaluation. the need to know the primary source of your carcinoma is necessary. it could be coming from anywhere in the body, most commonly in your neck or in your throat area, based from your clinical presentation. further diagnostics and management (medical and surgical) will be directed accordingly.

hope this helps.

good day!!
