What Does Uterus In Anteverted Mean In Scan Report?

Hi I took a scan and it says that the uterus is anteverted and this appears normal in size and echopattern, and the uterus measures 6.5cm×2.6 cm, and the endometrium measures 0.6 cm. Both ovaries are enlarged and appear polycystic. The right ovary measures 3.6cm×2.1 cm and the left ovary measures 3.3cm×2.7cm. No pelvic masses or free fluid demonstrated. Now what does that mean and could you be able to have kids.

1.Anteverted uterus is one of the normal variation of uterus to lie, anteverted - anterior tilt of the uterus in relation to the urinary bladder.
2.That is not the cause for the infertility - sine echo-texture and endometrium appeared normal.
3.Ovaries shows polycystic features - this can be a cause for irregular periods and infertility. ( which may give increased weight, facial hair growth)
4.Suggest to take treatment if you are facing irregular periods with polycystic features.
5.Once regular periods - sugget to follow the ovulation calendar for the intercourse - that will help you to conceive.
6.And a follicular study to monitor the ovulation - dominate follicle. Good luck.
