My ultrasound says that I have a subserous anterior wall 8.4x7.78x7.1 cm and intramural subserous left lateral posterior 4.7x4.1x4.2 myomas. The endometrium is slightyly thickened at 1.0cm and hypoechoetic. No adnexal mass noted, No free fluid in the cul de sac. and my uterus is slightly enlarged asymmetrical anteverted. What does this mean and is it dangerous?
According to the reports, you have two large fibroids measuring 8.4x7.78x7.1 cm in subserous anterior wall and 4.7x4.1x4.2 cm in subserous left lateral posterior wall of the uterus. Treatment modality is both conservative and surgical depending upon many things like age, family is completed or not, symptoms etc. Endometrial is slightly thickened and adnexa are normal. You should consult your gynecologist. Hope i have answered your query.
