Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you are having abcess in the armpit which was drained. Now this is having thigheness due to healing granulation tissue present causing tightness. It will be gradually become normal after sometime. Analgesic such as ibuprofen can be taken for pain relief. Exercises of shoulder joint will be of use. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health. Take care.
