General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear Rawoof,
Sorry to note the complaints that have arisen after using Levepsy. The main content is known as levetiracetam and it acts by lowering the neuronal activity in the brain. Unfortunately even normal activity is affected by it and sometimes shows up as confusion or dullness and inability to follow a conversation. Generally it wears off in a week or two. Meanwhile if the symptoms are increasing in severity you should discuss it with your neurologist prior to making any changes in dosing or strength.
