What Does White Foul Smelling Discharge On Penins Tip Indicate?

i'm 16 and noticed these little white pieces on the head of my penis under the foreskin. It smells bad but i dont have any other issue. No itch or burn, i don't know what it is. I'm a virgin never even had/received oral sex so i'm ruling out std/sti but i don't know. I've been washing it and the pieces go away, i think it's smegma so i did the washing. Yet now it always comes back like throughout the day i'd constantly remove and i find more.. is there a way to slow this down if it is this?

When ever a patient comes to my clinic with this complaint ,then I take complete history ,specially any history of exposure .But as you clearly stated that you never had any such exposure it is nothing but smegma.Smegma is foul smelling and forms daily.Only thing required is washing it with soap when ever you take bath and not to worry about it as it is a natural phenomena .
