What Does White String In Stool Indicate?

I am a white, 5 ft 4 in, 110 lb. woman, 74 yrs of age. My health is fairly good, arthritis, acid reflus taking sulcrafate 4 x day, history of constipation taking fiber powder daily. I have had white string in my stool last two days. Should I be concerned/

White string in the stools suggests increase mucus secretion .
It is harmless and not a cause for worry.
