What Dosage Of Alamine Infusions Are Advisable During Pregnancy?
my wife is 32 weeks pregnant, her AFI is 7.0 cms. Her Gynec asked to have Alamin (10ml) & Fructodex Infusions on alternate days for 10 days. i have gone through various sites which showed 100ml Alamin infusions. What is the actual protocol of Alamin infusion.

At 32 weeks an AFI should be around 14. Low AFI indicates fetal compromise, low growth & need to provide more fluid for its proper growth.
Total recommended dose of Alamin infusion is 100 mg. In your case, it had been divided & diluted with comparing dextrose to suit your physiology. Please follow the advise give after assessing your &fetal health. Let her believe it and be positive follow all the advise given strictly and she would get good results.
