What Dosage Of Mefanorm Should Be Given For 4 Year Old For Cough And Cold?

is mefanorm is like p250. if so how much should i give for my son who is 3.7 yrs old and having cold ,cough and mild fever.

also another question, he is getting frequent cold, cough and fever , is it because of school or he doesnt have immunity?... he is a very poor eater too... he is now 14.7kg with 100.5cms height... wat can i do to improve his food habbits and immunity...

Mefanorm is mafenemic acid used for treating pain and fever.
The dose is 10 mg/kg body weight /dose given 2-3 times per day.
Your child's height and weight are normal for his age.
It is usual for the children to suffer from 3-4 episodes of clod and fever.
