sir my son is of three and half month old he got fever now i have given dolo drops (micro),only 0.15ml is it sufficient for my kid? temperature is not brougt down to normal till now.
what dosage shell i give this paracetamol oral suspension to my kid?

you need to provide me with the weight of your child to tell you the proper dosage for the paracetamol. Generally it is 10-15 mg per kg of body weight per dose.
