What Dosage Of Sinarest Is Recommended For A Mother Breastfeeding A 7 Month Old Baby?

I am a breast feeding mother for a 7 month old baby. I am suffering from cold. Can I take sinarest tablet as a medication?.

If yes, what would be the safe dosage. If no, then is there a substitue tablet for general cold and cough occurring due to climatic changes.
