What Dosage Of Sinarest Is Recommended To A 1 Year Old For Runny Nose?

I gave my 1 year 3months old daughter Sinarest twice as she was having runny nose. The next day, she symptom decresed but she till sometimes has runny nose.
Is there some dose for sinarest (without crocin)? Am I supposed to give it continuously for 3 days or so?
