What Dose Of Acenac Will Regularize Uneven Stream Of Urine?

Hi doctor I am a male aging 60. I feel cold even in summers . I also feel sweating. I have uneven stream of urine. psa level was a little higher . my biopsy test for prostrate cancer is clear. My doctor has suggested me acenac100mg ,Tamsolin tm 0.4mg, and osteoeare D-3. I also feel my arms numb and a little pain in them. did my doctor suggested right medicine? How much dose can I have of acenac?

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have benign prostatic hyperplasia. Your biopsy test is clear so you don't have carcinoma so no need to worry. Your doctor prescribed you right medicine. Acenac contain aceclofenac it is pain killer. You can take twice a day according to your doctor's advice.
