What Dose Of Zantac Rules Out Reflux After Asthma?

my 9 month old has been diagnosed with asthma. she has been having coughin fits these past few nights that lead her to choke. her nose is very runny but it is clear. everything i read is pointing to reflux but i still think it may be post nasal drip. she sleeps better when we hold her almost vertical. my wife seems to think this is from teething since she had a similar episode a month ago right before she popped her first tooth. my question is can we rule out reflux with zantac? if so what dose should she have?

HI
Well come to HCM
Age of baby is just 9 months and the question of reflux of acid is out of question, and not advisable to try "Zantac" this could be allergic condition and takes little more time to come around, be patience every thing would be fine soon, take care, have a nice day.
