What Drugs Should Not Be Taken With Keppra?

Yes, I have a sister who is TBI for 50 years. She started Keppra about 3 years ago for moderate seizures....she is on a low dose. Due to nerve pain from a near fracture and stenosis of the cervical spine she has had a lot of nerve pain. We added Zanaflex and now at a tid dose. Last week due to depression and the nerve pain, she was put on Cymbalta. She appears rather lethargic and still in pain as of today. She is not eating well. We know her time to go may not be all that far away. What about the drug interactions with these medications? She resides in a nursing hom We will have a palliative care meeting in the near future. Thank you.
