What Exercise Is Best For Someone With Spinal Stenosis?

My Dad is 85 years old. He has ad a chronic back problem for 47 years and suffers from spinal stenosis. Walking is difficult, So he uses a recumbent stationary bike for exercise. He was taking flomax for years for BPH but has recently experienced dizziness. He stopped flomax, has no more dizziness but is now having trouble with frequent urination. What type of exercise is best for him?

Dear ,first of all ,i must suggest that starting or skipping or stoppind of any medication abruptly , without consultation of medical specialist can be injurious .
Anyway its nice Flomax stopping has not affected him adversly
To prevent dizziness, avoid standing for long periods of time or becoming overheated during exercise and in hot weather.
As for as problems with urination is concerned , Spinal disorders or injuries that cause nerve compression or damage may cause Bladder Dysfunction , means the patient has problems with urination.

you can give him Ayurvedic medicine Chader Prabha Batti . It is very effective in controlling Urinary problems
Deep Breathing Inhale - Hold - Exhale -Hold , Repeating for 2 minutes to begin with , increase to 3 - 7 minutes
Kapalbhatti - Throw out your breath 10 times to begin with . Increase slowly to 60 times ,Don't inhale . only exhale with your tummy will go in and out automatically . This will give strength to your kideny ,liver , pancreas ,infact whole system and decrease you problems gradually
