What Exercises Can Be Done For Lower Backache Caused By Misaligned Disc?

I am looking for exercises for lower back pain caused by s misaligned l3 and l4 . I swim regularly and have been doing the "planks" exercise, however the Planks program is causing a great amount of pain in my shoulders and I need a replacement exercise

Hi,

The exercises that relieve pain in the disc is needed are below.

1. Lie back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Cross your arms around your chest. (Some prefer to put their hands behind their head).

While keeping your stomach muscles tight, raise your shoulders from the floor. As you raise your shoulders, breathe out. Resist the temptation to lead with your elbows or pull your neck off the floor with your arms.

Hold for one second, then slowly lower yourself back down to the floor. Repeat with between eight and 12 repetitions.

Also bend in front of wall forward and keep your pelvis in anterior flexion position then stretch then push both hands against the wall by that you make a curvature at lumbar region so that open the disc space so that nerve root may be relieved.

Use tablet Pregabalin once a day for five days. Tablet Methylcobalamine once a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your do he will examine and treat you accordingly.
